MOSCOW, February 10. / ITAR-TASS /. Transparent stickers with a picture of Vladimir Putin appeared today in some of the traffic lights in Moscow. On February 10 to the surprise of many Moscovite pedestrians and drivers when the traffic light turned green they saw an image of the Prime Minister looking back at them. The stickers are especially apparent when the light turns "green." Stickers seem to be professionally made and were put up last night with an unknown purpose.
People are at a loss, "Is it a joke or hooliganism?", "The politician's PR move to link himself with the free movement forward?" But the arrow next to the light often signals right turn or is it something else? There is no answer yet.
