Car driver shoots at a minibus in Irkutsk

Neither the minibus driver nor the passengers were hurt

IRKUTSK, February 10 (Itar-Tass) — A man opened fire from a traumatic gun at a passenger of a minibus in the Russian Siberian city of Irkutsk. No one was hurt, a spokesman for the regional police department told Itar-Tass on Friday.

“The driver of the minibus reported to police that a Toyota Probox cut in front of his minibus and the Toyota driver made a shot backwards. Neither the minibus driver nor the passengers were hurt. The minibus proceeded along its route,” the spokesman said.

Later, the Toyota driver, a 35-year-old man, showed up at a police station. In his words, the minibus driver caused dangers to his car, with his wife and a little child on board. He said this was the reason he used the traumatic gun.

According to the spokesman, the passengers of the minibus said the minibus driver behaved in a caddish way while driving.
