VLADIVOSTOK, February 9 (Itar-Tass) —— Three illegal migrants from Azerbaijan, who organized sales of major batches of heroin, were detained in Vladivostok.
As ITAR-TASS learned from the public relations group of the Drug Control Department for the Primorsky Territory, this criminal group operated in different regions of the Primorsky capital. Sales of drugs were carried out from a hiding place and cars, which were specially rented for this purpose. The drug dealers sold dozens and sometimes hundreds of one-time dozes of heroin a day.
More than 5,000 one-time dozes of heroin were found and confiscated from hiding places and hotel rooms. Equipment for packing heroin was also seized.
Criminal proceedings were instituted. Investigation is underway.
