MOSCOW, February 8 (Itar-Tass) — The United States should bear responsibility for violence in Syria, Iranian Ambassador to Russia Mahmoud-Reza Sajjadi said.
Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, Sajjadi said, “The United States uses the U.N. Security Council as its political instrument. Their mistakable actions discredit the organisation.”
“Today the U.S. and NATO want to interfere in Syrian affairs and want to establish democracy by force and money,” the Iranian ambassador stressed.
“The United States should bear responsibility for violence in Syria,” Sajjadi added.
