Russian emergencies ministry’s plane to deliver humanitarian aid to Yemen

Humanitarian cargoes include flour, sugar, blankets and tents

MOSCOW, February 7 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s emergencies ministry sent humanitarian aid to Yemen, a ministry spokesman told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

“At 10:03 a.m. Moscow time on Tuesday, a, Ilyushin-76 airplane with 30 tons of humanitarian aid took off from Ramenskoye airfield outside of Moscow,” the spokesman said.

Humanitarian cargoes include flour, sugar, blankets and tents.

“The aid is being delivered on the instruction received from the Russian government,” the spokesman added
