KRASNODAR, February 6 (Itar-Tass) —— The Yakutia airline's Boeing-737-800, which was on a flight from Krasnodar to Novy Urengoi, made an emergency landing at Krasnodar airport on Monday, an airport managing company source told Itar-Tass.

The airliner was on Flight 937 from Krasnodar to Novy Urengoi when the indicator signalled the gear was not retracted. The incident occurred at 11:00 Moscow time in the Rostov zone.

The crew decided to return to Krasnodar and land there. Before landing, the Boeing flew around the airport area to run out of fuel. The liner landed safely at 11:50. Aboard the plane there were 160 passengers, 2.5 tonnes of cargoes and 2.5 tonnes of luggage. Nobody was hurt.

A technical commission will examine the liner. The passengers will take other flights  to the destination.
