MOSCOW, February 5 (Itar-Tass) —— Dwelling houses have been cut off heat supplies as a result of an accident at a heating line in Russia’s second largest city of St. Petersburg, a spokesman for the city emergencies administration told Itar-Tass on Sunday.

“A heat pipe damage was reported on Sunday in the city’s Kolpino district. A reserve scheme was used organize heat supplies to residential houses,” the spokesman said and added that its planned to complete repair works by 04:00 a.m. on Monday.
