MOSCOW, February 3 (Itar-Tass) —— The largest recent state property privatization program was implemented in Moscow in 2011, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Friday.
“We succeeded in replenishing the budget, reducing debt liabilities and bringing several billions dollars into the city budget,” he said at the investment forum Russia-2012.
“We are planning to get rid of the excessive state property, which is sometimes just loss making,” the mayor underlined.
