MOSCOW, February 2 (Itar-Tass) — The Opposition raised more than three million roubles to stage a rally in Moscow on February 4, member of the organizing committee, co-chairman of the unregistered People's Freedom Party Boris Nemtsov told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

Commenting on the statement by organizing committee member Olga Romanova, who was in charge of financial issues, about her withdrawing from rally preparation, Nemtsov suggested that Romanova might have resented the reproaches and suspicions in connection with fund-raising.

"Nothing terrible has happened, the Organizing Committee will gather to elect a new treasurer," Nemtsov said.

In his opinion, there are no problems with funding the February 4 march. "We've raised 3.7 million roubles already; everything is fine," he said.
