MOSCOW, February 1 (Itar-Tass) — Police are ascertaining the identity of the people who hung up an anti-government poster on an apartment building in central Moscow, the city police press service said.
"Unidentified persons hung up a poster on the roof of an apartment building not far from the Kremlin at around 12:30, Moscow time, on Wednesday. "A road police patrol arrived at the scene to dismantle the poster. A check into the incident is underway," the press service said.
