TIKHVIN, Leningrad region, January 30 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian prime minister’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said billionaire and presidential candidate Mikhail Prokhorov’s refusal to attend a meeting of the government commission on innovations and high technologies was wrong.
“From our point of view, this is a wrong approach because this is a meeting of the government commission, and it is organised not by a presidential candidate, but by the chairman of the government,” Peskov said on Monday, January 30.
Documents handed out to the press before the meeting indicated that Prokhorov refused to attend.
