TBILISI, January 27 (Itar-Tass) —— A hermaphrodite six-legged lamb has been born in the Velistsikhe village in Eastern Georgia, shepherd Albert Abadzhanov said on Friday.
“I have been a shepherd for 25 years but I have seen nothing like that. I mean we had three-legged lambs, one-eyed lambs, four-horned lambs but nothing like this one,” he said. “The newborn is all right; it eats well but is a bit lame.”
Local veterinarians explained the case with a blending of two embryos of different sexes.
