MOSCOW, January 27 (Itar-Tass) —— The psychiatric expertise found sane a killer, who is accused of a brutal murder of a family of five people, including three children, in Tula, spokesman of the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Friday.
“A complex clinical psychological and psychiatric expertise was conducted against Ivan Ivanchenko, 20, at the Serbsky scientific centre of social and forensic psychiatry, which found the killer sane,” he underlined.
