MOSCOW, January 25 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s former Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin is ready to cooperate in consolidation of democratic forces with Grigory Yavlinsky, whom the Yabloko Party had nominated as a presidential candidate.
“I am ready to cooperate with Yavlinsky in consolidation of democratic forces,” Kudrin wrote in his Twitter on Wednesday.
Earlier, there was information that Yavlinsky is unlikely to pass registration as Russia’s presidential candidate, as the Central Elections Commission after having checked two portions of selected signatures claimed 26.55 percent of invalid signatures, which exceeds a limit by five times.
