MOSCOW, January 24 (Itar-Tass) —— A total of 25.66% of signatures in support of Yabloko nominee Grigory Yavlinsky proved unreliable or invalid in the second verification procedure, Central Elections Commission Secretary Nikolai Konkin said on Tuesday.
