FAS plans actions to change situation in petroleum products market

FAS intends to prepare and publish this spring a plan of actions to change the situation in the domestic market of petroleum products

MOSCOW, January 24 (Itar-Tass) — The Federal Antimonopoly Agency /FAS/ intends to prepare and publish this spring a plan of actions to change the situation in the domestic market of petroleum products, FAS director Igor Artemyev told the international forum on exchange and non-exchange markets of oil and petroleum products of the Russian Federation on Tuesday.

'In the spring of 2012, we'll endorse a plan of actions to change the situation in the market of petroleum products," he said adding that this strategy would spell out all the proposals to change and perfect the mechanism of exchange and non-exchange trade in petroleum products.

"I believe, we'll have a transparent market system of trade in petroleum products by the end of 2012," Artemyev said.
