MOSCOW, January 24 (Itar-Tass) — The number of false and invalid signatures, which were found already in the second inspection of the signup lists of Grigory Yavlinsky, gives reasons to the Central Elections Commission (CEC) to deny registration to him as a presidential candidate, CEC Secretary Nikolai Konkin said on Tuesday.

He informed that 100,000 signatures were examined during the second inspection. “The percentage of false signatures makes 24 percents,” the CEC secretary underlined.
