Alexander Ryabinin accused of 5.9 million rubles worth property embezzlement

MOSCOW, January 20 (Itar-Tass) —— The Moscow prosecutor’s office has sent to court the case of former Moscow Vice-Mayor Alexander Ryabinin accused of 5.9 million rubles worth property embezzlement, the office told Itar-Tass on Friday.

Ryabinin, 53, and Vadim Kozlov, 46, are charged with fraud.

“Ryabinin exceeded his authority and, in conspiracy with Kozlov, embezzled non-residential premises of a Moscow society with the cost exceeding 5.9 million rubles on Bakhrushin Street,” the office said.
