TYUMEN, January 20 (Itar-Tass) —— An Antonov An-26 jetliner of UTair made an emergency landing in Yamal on Friday. There were 32 people aboard the plane; no one was hurt.
The jetliner en route from Novy Urengoi to Tyumen made an emergency landing in Noyabrsk at 11:00 a.m. local time (1:00 p.m. Moscow time), a source in the Yamal-Nenets autonomous district’s emergency situations department told Itar-Tass.
According to the preliminary results, the plane’s left engine ran out of order. Passengers are waiting to continue their voyage to Tyumen at the Noyabrsk airport.
