KIEV, January 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich appointed Valery Khoroshkovsky the new finance minister Wednesday, January 18.
The president also relieved him from the duties in the National Security Service which he headed prior to the appointment.
Khoroshkovsky will replace Fyodor Yaroshenko who resigned earlier.
