GORKI, January 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree to appoint Mikhail Abyzov, the chairman of the RU-COM board of directors, as his adviser, presidential press-secretary Natalya Timakova told the media on Wednesday.
“The main duty of Mikhail Abyzov will be to coordinate the work of the Open government and to perfect the mechanism of its interaction with government agencies,” Timakova said.
Also, she said that a special working group would be created in the near future under the chairmanship of the chief of the Kremlin staff, Sergei Ivanov, which would test the operation of the Open Government.
“Mikhail Abyzov and Arkady Dvorkovich will be Ivanov’s deputies,” Timakova said.
