MOSCOW, January 10 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian Investigation Committee will soon apply for the extradition of former Moscow regional first deputy prosecutor Alexander Ignatenko from Poland, Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
