Twenty-seven people injured in firework accidents in Moscow

MOSCOW, January 7 (Itar-Tass) — Twenty-seven people, including six children, were injured in firework accidents in Moscow from December 31 to January 7, the city emergencies department said on Saturday.

Most of them burned their faces and hands.

A total of 235 special sites were created in Moscow for launching firecrackers and fireworks during New Year holidays.
