MOSCOW, January 3 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Dmitry Medvedev congratulated the best biathlete of the twentieth century Alexander Tikhonov on 65th birthday on Monday.
The congratulatory telegram posted at the Kremlin website on Monday reads,
“Accept my congratulations on your 65th birthday and the best wishes.
“You have made a great contribution in the development of the world sport and deserved the title of the best biathlete of the twentieth century.
