MOSCOW, December 24 (Itar-Tass) — Minor opposition rallies under the slogan “For Fair Elections!” passed in several Russian regions, the Russian Interior Ministry reported on Saturday.
“Authorized rallies ended in several Russian regions. No incidents took place, no people were detained,” a source in the Interior Ministry’s operative headquarters reported.
All these actions were minor, the source said. About 30 people came for a picket in the Stavropol Territory, 35 people in the Tver Region, 30 and 43 people in Ishma and Tobolsk in the Tyumen Region, respectively. Ten people were participating in a rally in Yoshkar-Ola, 35 people in Ufa and 30 people in Orenburg.
“All these actions passed in the organized way,” the source said.
