Russia’s gas monopoly Gazprom and Bavaria have signed a road map for cooperation in the field of power generation and gas supply

MOSCOW, December 21 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s gas monopoly Gazprom and Bavaria have signed a road map for cooperation in the field of power generation and gas supply.

The document also states the intention of Gazprom and Bavaria to cooperate in the field of power generation in this German province. The sides agreed to determine prospects for building gas power plants and create conditions for their operation as well as facilitate the development of gas-fired power generation in general.

Bavaria is the largest of Germany’s 16 states, it has the biggest economic and scientific potential and holds the lead in terms of economic growth. Its most developed sectors are machine-building, electrical engineering, power generation, and chemical industry.
