MOSCOW, December 15 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin opposes a hasty reshuffling in the government, but he is convinced that the reshuffling will take place in a future government.

“The ministers in the government are qualified officials and a hasty reshuffling should be avoided. We already witnessed this. The ministers are qualified officials, the questions that they resolve do not tolerate equivocal answers, the worst thing is to have a hasty reshuffling. The ministers can be easily turned in scapegoats, but I bear responsibility for what is happening in these spheres as the prime minister,” Putin said in reply to a question put by a military editorial writer Viktor Barants, whether the prime minister is ready to dismiss the ministers, which failed to do their work.
