MOSCOW, December 15 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) hopes that the Russian aid convoy problem will be solved soon. “We hope that the Russian aid convoy problem will be solved soon. The Russian humanitarian convoy is blocked on the border with Kosovo in the standby position to go further to the northern part of Mitrovica,” director of the department of international activities of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Yuri Brazhnikov told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

He also noted that Russia is doing its best in the political aspect to create conditions for the relief supplies to Kosovar Serbs.
