MOSCOW, December 13 (Itar-Tass) — The Moscow authorities consider an application for a meeting For Fair Elections in central Manezhnaya Square, which the organizers schedule for December 24, a source from the city department for regional security told Tass on Tuesday.
“We have received an application with the planned number of participants of up to 50,000, and the application is being considered,” the source told Tass. He did not specify, however, when the answer will come.
