TSKHINVAL, December 12 (Itar-Tass) —— South Ossetia’s acting President Vadim Brovtsev has called on top-ranking officials of the republic to show responsibility while performing their office duties.
“I call on you to ensure normal functioning of life-supporting infrastructure in the period before election re-run,” he said on Monday at his first meeting with state officials in the capacity of the republic’s acting president.
“We must continue the course towards revival of the republic of South Ossetia in a calm, well-balanced atmosphere and to elect a new head of state in general democratic elections,” he stressed.
