TIRASPOL, December 11 (Itar-Tass) —— The turnout in the Transdniestrian presidential election topped 50% as of 8:00 p.m. Moscow time, the Central Elections Commission of the unrecognized republic said.
By law the turnout higher than 50% makes the election valid.
