Dzhioyeva blames ‘provocations’ for her non-attendance of meeting with Vinokurov

Dzhioyeva told reporters that the “provocative acts left her no choice and prevented her from taking part in the meeting”

TSKHINVALI, December 9 (Itar-Tass) —— Former South Ossetian presidential candidate Alla Dzhioyeva is not taking part in a meeting with the Russian presidential administration’s Sergei Vinokurov “because of a number of provocative acts taken yesterday.”

Dzhioyeva told reporters that the “provocative acts left her no choice and prevented her from taking part in the meeting.”

In the words of Dzhioyeva, priest Saurmag Bazzayev who had been supporting her was deported from South Ossetia on Thursday. Meanwhile, observers said that Bazzayev remained in Tskhinvali and did not go anywhere.
