MOSCOW, December 7 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Zenit St. Petersburg football club with success in Champions League tournament.
For the first time in its history Zenit succeeded on Tuesday to move up to the play-off after a draw with Porto 0:0.
“I congratulate Zenit with qualifying for the play-off in the Champions League,” Medvedev said in his Twitter blog on Wednesday.
