TSKHINVAL, December 6 (Itar-Tass) — South Ossetia's former presidential candidate from the Opposition Alla Dzhioyeva will revoke her first appeal with the republic's Supreme Court to lodge a new one, lawyer of her election headquarters Yuri Kokoyev told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
The new appeal will be more substantiated, the lawyer said. "We did not have the ruling annulling the election results then. We now have it and will draw a cassational appeal, which will be more substantiated. The deadline for submitting the new appeal is December 9," Kokoyev said.
Earlier, Dzhioyeva's supporters at the State Council, set up under the former presidential candidate, told Itar-Tass they did not believe that the Court had made an unbiased decision.
Dzhioyeva stated that the Court was delaying the review of her complaint.
