MOSCOW, December 5 (Itar-Tass) —— The United Russia party will have enough seats in the new State Duma to work calmly and rhythmically, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said, opening a meeting of the government presidium on Monday, December 5.
“It takes 226 votes to adopt laws. United Russia has 338 votes, and this allows us to work calmly and rhythmically, ensuring stability,” Putin, who is the party leader, said.
