MOSCOW, December 4 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrived in the election headquarters of the United Russia Party. They are expected to congratulate the United Russia Party on the success in the elections.
Dmitry Medvedev is not a formal member of United Russia, but he headed the United Russia federal list at the elections to the State Duma.
Vladimir Putin is the United Russia leader and a presidential candidate nominated by United Russia for the presidential elections in March 2012.
