The average turnout in Russia reached 50.4% as of 6 p.m. Moscow time

MOSCOW, December 4 (Itar-Tass) —— The State Duma elections are drawing to a close in Russia. Polling stations were closed at 8 p.m. Moscow time in all Russian regions, except for the westernmost Kaliningrad Region, where the voters can vote until 9 p.m. Moscow time.

The average turnout in Russia reached 50.4% as of 6 p.m. Moscow time, the Central Elections Commission reported.

The elections to the State Duma ended in Russia on Sunday. The polling stations were closed right at 9 p.m. Moscow time in the westernmost Kaliningrad Region.
