Average turnout makes 50,4% as of 6 pm MSK at State Duma polls

MOSCOW, December 4 (Itar-Tass) —— The average turnout at the State Duma elections reached 50.4% as of 6 p.m. Moscow time, Deputy Chairman of the Central Elections Commission Leonid Ivlev told reporters on Sunday.

“This is the average turnout in Russia. For instance, the turnout reached 90% in a district in the Voronezh Region,” he said.

Ivlev added that this the latest report about the turnout , the final turnout with the election results as of 8 p.m. Moscow time will be made public in the morning on December 5.
