Rogozin noted that members of the Commission for Defence and the Defence Industry visited several regions

BRUSSELS, December 4 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian Permanent Representative to NATO Dmitry Rogozin intends to submit a roadmap for the revival of the defence industry in two weeks. Rogozin has made a statement to Itar-Tass at a polling station at the Russian Embassy to Belgium.

Rogozin noted that members of the Commission for Defence and the Defence Industry visited several regions – Kirovsk, Vladimir, Moscow and about ten major military enterprises. “Some plan for the revival of Russian defence industry is being developed. Today I will go to Moscow in order to inform President Dmitry Medvedev about this work and gain his support at a meeting with the committee of presidential supporters,” he said.

“Already in two weeks I intend to submit a substantial report to the government and the president, where the roadmap for the development of the Russian defence industry will be spelled out,” Rogozin underlined.
