MOSCOW, December 3 (Itar-Tass) — The main department of the Russian Interior Ministry for Moscow prepared materials on insulting police officers by businessman Viktor Baturin to forward them to the Investigation Committee, Itar-Tass learnt on Saturday at the press service of the Interior Ministry.
“All materials, including video clip on the fact of insult by Baturin of police officers during his detention, have been prepared and will be forwarded on Sunday, December 4, to the Investigation department for the Central Borough of Moscow to settle the question on instituting a criminal case,” the press service reported.
