SAMARA, December 2 (Itar-Tass) —— More than 500.000 Lada cars have been sold as of the beginning of the year. Over 11 months, 535,215 Lada cars were sold in Russia, or 13.4 percent more than over the same period of 2010.
In November 2011, 42,028 Lada cars were sold at the home market.
“Over 11 months of 2011 (against 11 months of 2010), 131,716 Lada Kalina cars (35.2 percent more), 129,220 Lada Priora cars (13.7percent more), 111,124 Lada Samara cars (16.1 percent more), 83,059 Lada 2105/2107 cars and 56,143 Lada 4x4 cars (41.5 percent more) were sold in Russia. A total of 49,835 Lada cars were exported in 2011, including 7,237 cars in November.
