TSKHINVAL, December 1 (Itar-Tass) — Ex-candidate for South Ossetian presidency, Alla Dzhioyeva, demands from the authorities to reverse “illegal” decisions of the court that announced the results of the November 27 election null and void and of the parliament that set a new date of the presidential election.
In her appeal to outgoing President Eduard Kokoity, the speaker of the republican parliament and the chairman of the Supreme Court, she writes as an ultimatum that “being the legally elected president and proceeding from the necessity to stabilize the existing situation” she demands that these demands be implemented by 6 pm, Moscow time, on Thursday.
Otherwise, the whole responsibility for the development of the situation rests fully with the authorities, Dzhioyeva warns.
