MOSCOW, December 1 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Dmitry Medvedev believes that the course pursued by the president and the prime minister has proved to be efficient and they are not ashamed to go into the election.
At the final meeting with their supporters before the election to the State Duma lower house of parliament, Medvedev said “we believe that on the whole our course has proved to be efficient”. “Changes in the country are evident, we are not ashamed to go into the election, we believe we have managed a lot,” the president emphasized.
“Nevertheless, we have even more to do, we have a lot of problems that the state must look into, and that is why we are sitting in front of you and are ready to answer your questions,” he said.
