MOSCOW, December 1 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian government has approved a draft program of the Union State on the improvement of the system of protection of joint information resources of Russia and Belarus on the basis of high technologies. An instruction signed by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was published on the site of the government on Thursday.
The document was presented by the Russian Defense Ministry, coordinated with interested federal bodies of executive power and approved by the Belarussian Council of Ministers. The program is drafted for 2011-2015. Vladimir Putin instructed the Federal Service on Technical and Experts’ Control to submit the draft program to the Council of Ministers of the Union State.
