KIEV, November 29 (Itar-Tass) —— It may take a month to hear the appeal of ex-Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko bearing in mind a rather large amount of the case materials, Party of Regions deputy, member of the parliamentary ad hoc commission for Ukraine-Russia gas contracts Oleg Nadosha said on Tuesday.

“I think the court will carefully study this appeal in order to avoid any procedural or other mistakes,” which will enable either side to accuse it of biasness, the deputy said.

As for the possibility of Timoshenko’s release from prison by a ruling of the Kiev Appeal Court, the deputy said that everything depended on the arguments the defense would present.
