MOSCOW, November 29 (Itar-Tass) —— Another criminal charge may be brought against businessman Viktor Baturin, who insulted police officers during his detention, a source at the Moscow city police department told Itar-Tass.
“Materials confirming Baturin’s insults to the police officers will soon be collected and presented to the main investigative department of the Russian Investigation Committee in Moscow to open a criminal case on the basis of article 319 of the Russian Criminal Code,” he said.
