TSKHINVALI, November 27 (Itar-Tass) — Alla Dzhioyeva gains about 1.5 times more votes than her rival Anatoly Bibilov in the second round of the South Ossetian presidential election, a source in the Dzhioyeva election staff told Itar-Tass proceeding from information from 28 polling stations.
He said Dzhioyeva gained 3,393 votes while Bibilov got 2,245.
