GORKI, November 26 (Itar-Tass) —— President Dmitry Medvedev said there should be closer contact between all levels of government and people.
“Most people think that the authorities do not talk to them enough, and it’s not only Medvedev or Putin, but the whole government,” the president said at a meeting with regional journalists on Saturday, November 26.
“We need to build such a system that will allow everyone to be deeper involved in this process,” he added.
