MOSCOW, November 26 (Itar-Tass) —— A total of 360 international observers have been accredited already for Duma elections, secretary of the Russian Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Nikolai Konkin said on Saturday.
“Documents of over 200 international observers more are being considered now,” he said.
Long-term observers have joined already the monitoring of Duma elections. Short-term observers plan to begin their work on December 1, the CEC secretary confirmed.
Elections of deputies to the State Duma of the six convocation will be held on December 4.
