Rapota becomes new State Secretary of Russia-Belarus Union State

The previous State Secretary was Pavel Borodin

GORKI, November 25 (Itar-Tass) —— Grigory Rapota has become the new State Secretary of the Russia-Belarus Union State.

A resolution to the effect was signed by Presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Alexander Lukashenko on Friday. Rapota will begin his four-year mission on December 15, 2011.

The previous State Secretary was Pavel Borodin.
